Outook Not Ready For Indiana Legislature

Indiana, which straddles the time zone line between Eastern and Central time, has long had its own weird limbo time zone.

Its all well and good that they've decided to adopt Eastern time, but you think they could have given a little more notice.

According to Wired, Outlook isn't ready for the change, and Indiana computers set to "Indiana East" time will wind up an hour behind, messing up schedules in many businesses. This is the first major United States time change since 1986, meaning the first time widespread computer use is going to be affected.

I don't know when the change was passed, but if Microsoft hasn't issued a patch, then maybe they didn't wait long enough to let this happen.

Oh, and to editorialize: Could we just get rid of Daylight Saving Time? The oil crisis is over!
